Today we analyzed maps and described maps that were shown in the front. Map A was a united states map that showed the mountains, roads, airports, capitals, rivers and oceans. This is also known as a mercator map.
Map B showed mountains, islands, capitals, oceans and its also known as a mercator map. It was a world map and each country was a different color.
Map C was a world map and everything seemed stretched out but it was in proportion. It was the biggest map and it showed islands, capitals and oceans. It was titled Peters world map. 
In conclusion all the maps were similar and different at the same time and all were useful.

GUNS GERMS AND STEEL DAY 3

Today we watched more of the guns germs and steel documentary. A lot of what makes a country or place successful is animal domestication. Animals that have been domesticated are goats, sheep,pigs,horses,2 types of camels, water buffalo, llamas,reindeer,yaks, mythans, and bali cattle.The fertile crescent had one of the most lucky geographical places ever. Great plants and animals.

last day of semester

Today in class we watched jeopardy because we had nothing else to do and the quarter is over. This semester was pretty fun because my grades have been good and i learned alot in this class. I have mr. Fendryk next semester so I hope he has a good class. Watching jeopardy is fun because most people dont know the answers to the questions.
